The classic Terra Cotta planters come in up to seven different sizes. Plain and simple in design, this kind of pot will always fit in beautifully in its surroundings. For Painting Terra Cotta we use water based colors. Terra Cotta is a very good base to paint on and the color holds well but we still recommend to use painted pots indoors or in sheltered places. Engobe colors, witch actually is clay, is applied on the pot before firing and therefore much more resistant then painting. Engobe comes in basic white, green, blue, yellow, red and brown.
